Nadia and Carol

Nadia Comaneci - (born on 12th November, 1961 Gheorghe Gheorghiu Dej / Now Onesti, Romania), Romanian gymnast. The first person in history to achieve a score of 10 in competing in the Olympics. Bela Karrolyi was the Romanian gymnastics trainer who became Comaneci's coach later in life found her around the age of six. Her first competition was in The National Junior Championships in which she was 13th place in 1969. In the year 1970, she took home the title. In her 1972 first international meet in a preolympics junior competition for nations in the Communist bloc, she took home three gold medals. And in 1973 and 1975 she was named the all-around Junior Champion. She took home four gold medals and one silver in her first international competition for seniors which took place in the year 1975. This was her first time she participated as an older senior. She won the American Cup in New York City in 1976, becoming the first woman in history to complete the backward double salto in a dismount from the uneven parallel bars. Carol Wayne.........................Carol Wayne was an American film and TV actor best recognized for portraying Art Fern's Tea-Time Movie Lady on The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson. Her career began in the entertainment industry in her teens in which she was a part of a figure skating duo with the twin sister Nina Wayne for the travelling entertainment show Ice Capades. Carol Marie Wayne born 6 September 1942 in Chicago Illinois US. Carol's career began in entertainment in her teens. When she was a child she was a figure skating performer with Nina Wayne in the travelling entertainment show Ice Capades. They featured staged ice skating performances.
