Dwayne was the first pastor of Wellspring Church, Charlotte NC 2007 when he was ordained in 2007. He serves as a board member for the Acts 29 Network and he is the Director for Pastoral Care for the network. Dwayne has also a passion for training future generations of Biblical counselors. He serves on the director's board for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the author of several online articles and is a co-author on Christ Centered Biblical Counseling: Changing Lives by God's Changeless Word (eds. Kelleman, Viars). Dwayne as well as his wife Leslie have three children.
